Vinakoper is the biggest producer of red wines in Slovenia and through decades won many international awards confirming top quality of their products. With new management the company is determined to aggressively grow its presence and brand awareness in foreign markets, and SporTour has been selected to manage the preparation of the new company strategy document.

The project is scheduled for the next half a year and the main goals include:

  • improving the brand’s positioning putting it next to top European wine producers,
  • improving production output without compromising quality,
  • incorporating latest trends on the market and combining them with the brand’s heritage.

In the first phase the biggest accent will be put on two of the company’s most renowned wines: Refošk (red Mediterranean wine) and Malvazija (white Mediterranean wine) and SporTour has already organized two workshops in July to give the project a proper kick-off.
