SporTour on a mission in Turkey
Between September 10th and 15th in search of new, exciting challenges SporTour’s leading expert Damjan Pintar visited Turkey.
The main purpose of the visit was to participate in the WorkshopTravelshop organized by Mr. Murtaza Kalender, General Manager of WSTS, who invited SporTour to the event. The workshop, with guests representing 40 different countries, turned out to be a huge success and Damjan Pintar managed to hold some promising meetings with companies from Bahrain and other middle east Countries .
On a more practical side, he also visited Deuzce region and high-altitude training centre which is the home of one of the most known football and sporting clubs in Turkey – Fenerbahce Sport Club.
As the European Basketball Championships where held in Istanbul at the same time, Damjan Pintar managed to attend one of the matches at the invitation of the Turkish Basketball Federation. Slovenia won GOLD 🙂
