Introduction of the new HIT Alpinea strategy to employees
After more than a year of acting as an advisor to HIT Alpinea – one of the biggest Slovenian companies from the tourist sector – and with its new business strategy for the years 2016 – 2020 already published, Damjan Pintar of SporTour has moved on from managing the preparation of the strategy together with Hit Alpinea management to working with the company’s employees to win their support for the new strategic business goals.
The new strategy built around »make people happier« concept concentrates both on the domestic and foreign markets. It emphasises cooperation between Hit Alpinea, the municipality of Kranjska Gora resort and Planica Olympic training centre. One of the main goals being reactivating Gozd Martuljek as a climatic resort for tourists of all budgets, where a new, modern camping in a truly idyllic nature scenery has already opened its grounds to travellers. Among other key initiatives, it is worth to mention cooperation with institute for kinesiology from Koper and hospital in Jesenice which aim to strengthen the position of HIT within the field of health, active holidays and sports tourist products.
The workshops and individual sessions with employees of all levels carried out by Damjan Pintar are aimed at driving their engagement and facilitating understanding of the new key business initiatives.
