SporTour hosts business partners from China in Slovenia

Following business talks started in Tangshan, China in 2016 during the 21st North China Travel Fair, Chinese partners visited Slovenia in February 2017 to further discuss possible cooperation.

Beginning of February Mr. Daniel Li president of Zhangjiakou Ski Association together with his assistant Mr Liu Boyu visited selected ski resorts in Slovenia, with overnights in Kranjska Gora and Rogla ski resorts, to investigate possible cooperation and preparation of ski packages for Chinese tourists. Damjan Pintar from SporTour also organized a number of meetings for the Chinese guests with Slovenian experts who shared their knowledge about modern ways to develop winter sports resorts.

From February 9th to 14th 2017, SporTour together with its business partner from Shanghaj Mr. Roman Petrov organized a study tour for the Chinese company Lemen targeting the medical tourism market. The group visited spas and resorts around the country. Meetings with top management of Slovenian companies and major of town Bled were organized by Damjan Pintar. The study tour finished in Ljubljana at the offices of Slovenian Tourist Board, where Ms. Peng Ling, president of Lemen International declared, that after Switzerland and Germany, most probably Roglaška Slatina medical resort will be the next European partner for Lemen International. Further talks are expected to be held soon.
